  • Reporting

• Y2K Compliance Committee has:

  • Been formed (14 members and myself)
    • Walter McRae will serve as resource to committee
  • Defined the scope of this project
    • non-mainframe Mission Critical system/facility/service - not Y2K compliant
  • Adopted a methodology - covered later
  • Divided into 5 sub-groups, The respective chairs of these sub-groups are:
    • Doug Allen - Administrative Support
    • Fred Brackett - Academic Support
    • Judy Howell - Communications
    • John Casey - Physical Facilities
    • Jim Crouch - Student Life
  • Developed a preliminary project schedule
